Privacy policy
We keep the information we handle to what is needed to set up your ID and support your account. This page explains what that is, how we use it, and your choices, in plain language.
Our approach
We collect as little as possible. Because our onboarding runs over WhatsApp rather than a big web form, most of what we handle is simply the messages you send us and the details needed to create and support your Diamond Exchange ID. A Diamond Exchange account needs a name and a working number, and very little else. We do not run trackers to build a profile on you across the web, and we do not sell your information.
What we handle
- Contact details — your WhatsApp number and the name or username you give us, so we can set up and support your account.
- Transaction details — the deposit and withdrawal information you share, such as amounts and payment references, so we can confirm and trace movements.
- Support messages — the conversation history that lets us help you without you repeating yourself.
We do not ask for and do not want your account password, one-time codes, or full card numbers. Never send those to anyone, including us.
How we use it
Only for the things you contacted us for: creating your Diamond Exchange ID, confirming deposits and withdrawals, resolving login or account issues, and responsible gaming support if you ask for it. Nothing you send is repurposed into promotional messaging outside that list.
This is a plain-language summary of how we handle information, not a substitute for legal advice. If you have a specific concern about your data, message the desk and ask — we would rather answer directly than hide behind jargon.
Third parties
Some information necessarily passes through services we use to operate — the messaging platform itself, and the payment rails your bank or UPI provider run. Those services have their own privacy terms that govern what they do with data on their side. On our side, we do not hand your information to advertisers or data brokers.
Keeping information safe
We limit who on the desk can see your details and we keep them only as long as needed to support your account and meet any record-keeping we are obliged to. No system is perfectly secure, but keeping the data we hold small is itself a protection — there is simply less to expose.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Message the desk and we will handle it. You can also stop messaging us at any time; we are an opt-in desk, not a subscription.
What we never ask for
There is a short list of things the Diamond Exchange desk will never request, and knowing it protects you from anyone pretending to be us. We do not ask for your bank login, your UPI PIN, a one-time password, the CVV printed on a card, or a photo of the card itself. We do not ask you to install a screen-sharing app so somebody can help you pay. We do not ask for Aadhaar or PAN scans to open an ordinary account.
We also do not keep a copy of the password you use on the platform. When a reset is needed, a temporary password is issued and you change it the moment you are in. Nobody on the desk should be sitting on credentials that could move your points balance, and this is how we make sure nobody is.
What that means in practice
If a message asks for any item on that list, it is not us, no matter what the display picture shows. Stop replying, and forward the message to the desk on the chat you already use. We would rather spend ten minutes confirming a number is fake than have a punter lose a bankroll to it.
Where records sit and how long they stay
Three kinds of record exist. The chat thread lives inside WhatsApp on the desk phone, carried by the platform's own end-to-end encryption in transit and sitting behind a device lock at rest. A short payment log holds the date, the amount and the reference for each deposit and withdrawal, because a payment query raised six weeks later is impossible to answer without it. A small account note links your number to the username we opened, so we know who is messaging when a request comes in.
Payment logs stay for as long as the Diamond Exchange account is active and for a reasonable period after that, in case a late dispute lands. Think months, not years. Chat threads are pruned from time to time. Close your account and ask us to clear the notes, and we remove what we are not obliged to keep, then tell you plainly what remains and why.
Cookies and website measurement
This website is a set of static pages. There is no login form here, no cart, no account area, so there is nothing for a session cookie to remember about you. We may keep a basic count of page views to see which guides people actually read and which ones nobody opens. That kind of measurement works on aggregate numbers, such as pages, countries and device types, not on picking you out of a crowd.
No advertising pixel from a social network runs on these pages and we do not build audiences to follow you around the internet afterwards. Web fonts load from an outside font service, which means your browser makes a request to it. On a normal page that is the only outside call made.
Who else can see anything
Your bank and your UPI provider see the payment you send, exactly as they would for any other transfer. The messaging platform carries the conversation. Our hosting provider stores these Diamond Exchange guides, not your data, because nothing you send is submitted through this website. That is the full list. We do not pass numbers to advertisers, lead sellers or data brokers, and we do not swap contact lists with other desks or affiliate sites.
The betting platform itself holds your account and its balance. That relationship exists whether we are in the middle or not. What we hand across is only what is needed to open and support a Diamond Exchange account, never your chat history or your payment log.
Asking what we hold, and asking us to delete it
Send one message on the chat you already use and say what you want. Ask for a summary of what is held and you will get it written out in plain English, usually the same day. Ask for a correction, such as a misspelled name or an outdated bank reference, and it is changed on the spot. Ask for deletion and we remove the account note and the chat thread, keeping only payment records where we are still obliged to.
You can also simply stop messaging. This is an opt-in desk, not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel. We do not send promotional broadcasts, odds alerts or match reminders unless you have asked for them, and one word from you turns them off for good.
If something goes wrong
If the desk phone were ever lost or a chat account compromised, we would post a notice on this site and message affected punters directly from the recovered number, telling you what was exposed and what to change. We would not quietly hope nobody noticed. Because we deliberately hold so little, the realistic worst case is a leak of names, numbers and payment references, not card data or platform passwords, which we never store in the first place.
Age limits and changes to this page
Nobody under 18 may hold a Diamond Exchange account, and we do not knowingly keep information about anyone underage. If you tell us a minor has been messaging us, we delete the record and close anything opened. This policy is updated when the way the Diamond Exchange desk works changes. The date the site was last refreshed appears in the footer, and material changes are explained on this page rather than buried in it. Our responsible gaming page covers the account controls that sit alongside these data rules.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, the contact page has the fastest way to reach us. We are happy to explain in plain terms how your information is handled.
