Contact the desk
WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us for anything — setting up an ID, a deposit question, or support. Here is how to get in touch and what to expect.
WhatsApp first
Everything we do runs through WhatsApp, so it is by far the fastest way to reach us. Whether you want to register an ID, ask about a deposit, chase a withdrawal, or just understand how the exchange works, one message gets you to a real person on the desk.
What to have ready
You will get a faster answer if your first message includes the basics:
- New account: a username you want and confirmation you are 18 or over.
- Deposit: the amount, the method, and a payment reference or screenshot.
- Login trouble: your username and what happens when you try to sign in.
Never send your password — we do not need it and will never ask for it.
18+ only. This service is for adults of legal betting age. If gambling is causing you difficulty, our responsible gaming page lists free, confidential support.
Languages and timing
We reply in Hindi and English. The desk aims to be available around the clock and is busiest on match days, so replies during live IPL evenings may take a little longer than a quiet afternoon. For a full picture of how support works, see the customer care page.
A note on security
Only trust the WhatsApp contact and links the desk gives you directly. We will never contact you first to demand a password, a one-time code, or a card number. If a message claiming to be us asks for those, treat it as fake and check with us on the number you already have.
When the desk is staffed
The Diamond Exchange desk answers messages 24x7, but here is the honest version: staffing is not flat across the day. Evenings from roughly 6pm to 2am IST are the heaviest and also the best covered, because that is when Indian matches run and when top-ups spike. Mornings are quiet and quick. The 3am to 7am stretch is the thinnest, so an account opened at that hour may sit a few minutes longer than one at 9pm.
Bank holidays change nothing about our staffing and a great deal about payouts. The Diamond Exchange desk is still on chat; your bank is not moving money. If you are planning a withdrawal around a long weekend, raise it before the weekend starts rather than during it.
What to send with each request type
The single biggest cause of a slow reply is a first message that only says hi. Lead with the request type and the detail that goes with it:
- New Diamond Exchange ID: the username you want, a backup username, and confirmation that you are 18 or over.
- Deposit not credited: amount, time sent, the method used, the UTR or transaction reference, and a screenshot of the confirmation from your banking app.
- Withdrawal chase: your username, the amount requested, the time you raised it, and the last four digits of the receiving account.
- Login problem: your username, the exact error text on screen, and whether it fails on the app, in the browser, or both.
- Market or settlement query: match, market, stake, and a screenshot of the bet slip as it appears in your history.
- Limit, break or closure: one line is enough. No reason is required and none will be asked for.
Never send a password, an OTP or a card number with any of these. The desk does not need them for anything on that list.
What a realistic wait looks like
A quiet weekday afternoon: usually a couple of minutes. A live IPL evening with half the country topping up at once: longer, sometimes fifteen or twenty minutes for a first reply. Diamond Exchange account openings stay quick even then, because they need nothing from a bank. Payment queries take as long as the payment rail takes, and replying faster does not make a bank move faster.
If an hour goes by on a match night with no answer, send one follow-up inside the same thread instead of starting a fresh chat. The thread is how the desk finds your history, and a new chat starts you from nothing.
Support desk or editorial team
Two different jobs share one number. The Diamond Exchange support desk handles anything touching your account: opening it, funding it, withdrawing from it, restoring access. The editorial team writes the guides and never sees a balance. If your message is about a page being wrong or a market rule explained badly, put the word editorial at the top and it is routed to Aditya Rao rather than joining the account queue.
If the first reply does not fix it
The escalation ladder is short. Step one is the Diamond Exchange agent already on your thread. Step two is asking for it to be escalated, which you can do in plain words at any point, and which moves it to whoever is handling payment disputes on that shift. Step three is a formal complaint, which means using the word complaint in the chat so it gets logged rather than handled casually. Nobody on the desk takes offence at step two, and asking early costs you nothing.
Complaints and how long they take
A logged complaint gets an acknowledgement and a reference the same day. Most close inside two to three working days. The ones that run longer are waiting on a bank trace or on a settlement review at the platform end, and those get status updates instead of silence. Where the desk was wrong, you are told so in writing, in the same thread, and any correction is made before the file is closed.
What the desk will never ask for
Your account password. A one-time code from any bank or app. Your card number, CVV or PIN. Remote access to your phone through a screen-sharing app. Money sent to a number that was not confirmed in your existing chat first. Any request of that kind means you are not talking to us, whatever the display name and profile picture say.
Numbers pretending to be this desk
Copycat accounts borrowing our branding turn up regularly, especially during a big series. Two checks kill almost all of them: the number, and the direction of contact. Save the number from this site and treat every other one as unknown until you have confirmed it on the saved thread. And remember that the Diamond Exchange desk does not message you first to demand money, an OTP, or a verification fee. A real desk does not chase you.
Language
Hindi and English both, whichever you open in, and Hinglish is completely normal here. If technical English is making a payment problem harder to sort out, ask for Hindi and the agent switches mid-thread. Nobody will make you repeat yourself in a second language to be taken seriously. The written Diamond Exchange guides on this site are in English, but the desk behind them is bilingual and always has been.
