Diamond Exchange login: access your ID and fix common issues

Your login is the username and password tied to your Diamond Exchange ID. This page covers how to sign in, what to do when it will not let you, and how to keep the account secure.

Signing in

Once you have an ID, logging in is simple. Open the Diamond Exchange link the desk sent you, enter your username and password, and you land in the sports lobby. If you saved the web app to your home screen, tapping that icon takes you to the same login. The first time you sign in, change the starting password we gave you to one only you know.

No login yet? You need an account first. Message the desk on WhatsApp, pick a username, and we send your credentials back in a few minutes. Creating the ID is free.

Forgotten password

It happens. If you cannot remember your password, do not keep guessing until the account locks — message the desk. We verify it is really you and issue a reset so you can set a fresh password. Because our onboarding runs through WhatsApp, this is usually sorted in a couple of minutes rather than the back-and-forth of an email reset chain.

When the login is rejected

If your details bounce, work through these before assuming something is broken:

  • Check for stray spaces. A space copied before or after the username or password is the single most common cause. Type them by hand once to be sure.
  • Mind the caps. Passwords are case sensitive. A stuck caps lock or an autocorrected first letter will fail silently.
  • Confirm you are on the right link. Use the address the desk gave you. Lookalike sites will never accept your login and you should not enter your details into them.
  • Try once more, then ask. If two careful attempts fail, message the desk rather than hammering it and risking a lockout.

Session keeps dropping

Getting logged out mid-match is almost always a connection issue rather than an account one. A weak signal, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or an overloaded browser tab can all break the session. Stay on one stable network while you are in-play. If it persists, clear the site data for the Diamond Exchange address in your browser settings and sign back in — that clears out a stale session that is confusing the login.

Keeping your account secure

Your login is the key to your balance, so guard it like one:

  • Use a password you do not use elsewhere. If another site you use is breached, a reused password puts this account at risk too.
  • Never share credentials. If someone wants to bet, they get their own ID. Sharing yours means sharing your balance.
  • Watch for fakes. No genuine desk will ask for your password in a message. We can reset it for you; we never need you to send it to us.
  • Log out on shared devices. On a borrowed phone or a family tablet, sign out when you finish.

Still stuck

If none of the above gets you in, the desk is the fastest route. Our customer care page explains how support works and what to have ready when you message so we can fix access quickly. Nine times out of ten a login problem is a typo, a stale session, or a forgotten password — all things we clear in minutes.

The two ways into your account

There is only one set of credentials, but two doors. The first is the browser: open the exchange address the desk sent you and the Diamond Exchange login box loads on the page. The second is the saved web app, which is the same site pinned to your home screen so it opens without an address bar. Both hit the same account and the same points balance. Neither is more secure than the other, so pick whichever you will actually use at 11pm.

Your first Diamond Exchange login, step by step

  1. Open the address from the chat. Not a search result. Search results are where lookalike sites live.
  2. Type the username by hand. Copying it from WhatsApp drags a trailing space along more often than you would think.
  3. Type the starting password. Same rule. Watch the caps.
  4. Change the password straight away. Account settings, new password, save.
  5. Add the site to your home screen. Browser menu, add to home screen, done.
  6. Tell the desk it worked. Takes ten seconds and closes the loop while somebody is still on the chat.

Symptom and fix: a Diamond Exchange login checklist

Work down this list before you decide something is broken. Almost every access problem we see is one of these six.

  • “Invalid username or password” on a login you know is right. Retype both by hand, watching for a space at either end and for caps lock. Then try once more, and stop after two failures rather than risking a lockout.
  • The page looks stale or a button does nothing. That is a cached page. Pull down to refresh, or force a hard reload. If it persists, clear the site data for that address only.
  • You get thrown out every time you leave the house. Switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data drops the session. Pick one network for the innings and stay on it.
  • Saved password autofills and fails. The browser is holding an old value from before your reset. Delete the saved entry, then type the current one.
  • An old app build on your phone. If you saved the site months ago, remove the icon and add it again from the current address.
  • The browser blocks the page. A data-saver mode, an ad blocker or a restricted work network can stop parts of the site loading. Turn the blocker off for that address or move to your own connection.

Resetting the password, and how long it takes

You do not need the old password to get a new one. Message the desk from the WhatsApp number tied to the account, say the login is not working, and give the username. We confirm a detail so we know it is you, then issue a reset and send a fresh starting password. On a quiet afternoon this is done in two or three minutes. During a live IPL chase it can take ten, because top-up confirmations for people already in-play come first. Change the new password once you are back in.

Should you let the browser save it

On your own phone, with a screen lock, saving the password is reasonable and it stops you retyping under time pressure before a toss. On a laptop other people use, no. And never on a shared or public machine. If you do save it, remember that the browser will keep serving the old value after a reset, which is one of the most common reasons a Diamond Exchange login suddenly stops working for somebody who has changed nothing else.

Signs somebody else is in your account

You would notice the big things, but the early signs are quieter. Bets in the history you do not remember placing. A balance that dropped between two sessions with no market settled in between. Being logged out mid-session while your connection is fine. A withdrawal request you did not make. If any of that shows up, change the password immediately, then message the desk so we can look at the account from our side and stop pending movements.

Session and device hygiene

Keep it simple. Sign in on one device at a time. Log out when you finish on any phone or tablet that is not yours, and do not rely on closing the tab to do it for you. Do not use a Diamond Exchange login over public Wi-Fi at a cafe or an airport if you can wait for mobile data. Review your bet history once a week, even when nothing feels wrong, because that is how you spot a problem while it is still small.

Get an ID to log into

None of this matters until you have an account. If you are reading this before you have signed up, message the desk, ask for an ID, and you will have a login within a few minutes. Try a demo ID first if you want to learn the interface before funding anything.

Questions people ask

Diamond Exchange, answered plainly

What are the usual causes of a failed DiamondExch login?
Four things cover almost all of them. A space copied along with the username or password. Caps lock, since passwords are case sensitive. A saved browser entry serving an old password after a reset. Or you are on a lookalike address rather than the one the desk sent. Retype both fields by hand once, and if two careful attempts fail, message us.
Should I let my browser save the login password?
On your own phone with a screen lock, it is fine and it saves you fumbling before a toss. On a shared laptop or any public machine, no. The catch is that a saved entry keeps autofilling the old value after you reset the password, which then looks like the account is broken. Delete the stored entry whenever you change it.
Why does the site log me out when I switch networks?
Because the session is tied to the connection you signed in on. Moving from home Wi-Fi to mobile data, or hopping between two Wi-Fi points, breaks it and the site drops you back to the Diamond Exchange login screen. It is not an account problem. Pick one network before an in-play innings and stay on it until you are done.
How do I recover a login without the old password?
You do not need the old one. Message the desk from the WhatsApp number the account was opened on, give the username, and say the password is gone. We confirm a detail so we know it is you, then issue a fresh starting password in the chat. Log in with it and change it immediately to something only you know.
Does clearing browser cache fix login problems?
Sometimes, and it is worth trying when the page looks stale or a button does nothing. Clear the site data for the exchange address specifically rather than wiping everything, then sign in fresh. What it will not fix is a wrong password or a typo, so work through those first. Clearing data also removes any saved password for that site.
Can I log in from a computer at work?
Technically yes, the account works in any browser. Practically, think twice. Office networks often block parts of the site, colleagues walk past screens, and a saved password on a machine you do not own is a bad idea. If you do use it, sign out properly afterwards rather than just closing the tab, and never save the credentials.
Why does the login screen look different from last time?
Usually because the platform updated its layout, which happens every few months. The fields do the same job even when the styling moves. What should worry you is a screen asking for something new, like a card number or an OTP you did not request. Close it, check the address against the one the desk gave you, and message us before typing anything.
What should I check before saying the login is broken?
Retype the username and password by hand. Check caps lock. Confirm the address matches what the desk sent. Refresh the page hard to clear a stale cache. Turn off any ad blocker or data saver for that site. Try on a different network. Six checks, two minutes, and they solve the large majority of Diamond Exchange login failures.
Is two-person access to one login allowed?
We advise against it and so would anyone who has seen it go wrong. The account keeps no note of who placed which bet, so a disputed stake has no answer. Whoever holds the password can also request a withdrawal. If two of you want to bet, open two accounts from two WhatsApp numbers. It costs nothing extra.
How quickly can a password reset be done?
On a quiet afternoon, two or three minutes from the moment you message. During a big match it can stretch to ten, because the desk clears top-up and withdrawal confirmations for people already in-play first. Either way it is a chat, not a ticket queue, so you get told where it stands. Ask before the toss rather than during the chase.
